In a collaborative effort, the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) have partnered with Nigerian Breweries Plc to deliver a transformative 9-month Technical Skills Development Programme—and applications are now open.

This intensive training programme is designed to empower young Nigerians with practical, in-demand skills in the following areas:
- Mechanical/Automation Maintenance & Engineering
- Quality Assurance
- Logistics & Distribution
The goal? To create job-ready professionals who can thrive in today’s competitive job market—and help bridge the technical skill gap in Nigeria.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you must:
- Have a minimum of Lower Credit in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
- Hold an HND in fields like Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Production, or Computer Engineering (for Mechatronics roles).
- Or hold an ND in Chemical Engineering, Biological or Physical Sciences, Food Tech, or similar (for Quality and Logistics roles).
- Have graduated not earlier than 2022 and completed your NYSC.
Important Notes
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for screening, and you’ll need to present original copies of your credentials.
- You’re responsible for your own transportation and accommodation during the selection process.
